Apartaments Albatros Family - Salou

We decided to stay at these apartments as they were very close to a small beach which was great as we had small children and didnt want to go to the busy main beach. Small beach only 2 mins away. The other reason we picked these apartments is because again with having small children we didnt want to be in the middle of the noise, these apartments are a 10-15 minute walk from the town, so no noise. Although a lovely stroll in and out in the evening.

The Albatros are a basic but very clean comlex. You have what u need in your apartment. The only thing negative is that its uphill from town so anyone with any disabilities or buggies should know this before going.

Location to centre of Salou & proximity to local beaches & shops. Food onsite good & very convenient supermarket. Drink reasonable. Tourist train just outside.

This place has so much potential but it's crying out for the rooms to be properly cleaned. It does have all the basics. Some clients arrived, that upset everyone, even fell out among themselves but you could get that anywhere, no fault to the complex owners.You can hear the noise from other apartments (why do some people move the furniture in the middle of the night ?). The studio is quite small, the two bed apartment would be better for a family of 4. I would still use the apartments again because of the location.

Friendly and helpful staff made our experience better.

The excessive noise at night was unbearable. The hard mattress and plastic cover made sleep nearly impossible. The 200 euro deposit for cleaning duties felt unreasonable for a family stay.

It's pleasant hotel with excellent location close to 3 beaches.

very clean and large apartment food very good. staff very helpfull and friendly. lovely sea views from our apartment over all great value for what we paid. will go back again

Proximity to the sea and beach was great.Food was ok would have been better with fresher food. Glad it was up a hill and away from the chaos of downtown salou. Also at the right end of town for getting to Port Aventura and avoiding traffic. Our room faced the sea which was a lovely sight to wake up to. A sun lounged on the balcony would have been a real treat!

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was big and huge. The breakfast was tasty and the team was welcoming. The location was magnificent, relatively close to ciudad Salou Park. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

Nestled on a hill, this hotel boasts fine sea views and spacious accommodations, perfect for families. It's close to several less crowded beaches. Be prepared for a hike to get there, and the breakfast options can get repetitive. A solid choice for a getaway.

Nice apartment, great sized balcony with nice view. Decent pool area, but being so close to the beach makes up for that. Amazing cove literally right across the road. The bar food was nice and the people that worked in the bar/ resteraunt were so nice and friendly.

An ATM on the premisis would have been handy. We were annoyed that we lost some of our deposit for not getting rid of a rubbish bag, they did not make it clear that these could actually be placed in a bin beside the hotel?

We liked everything, esp. the location. The appartment is situated close to the seaside, so we had perfect view, when we were having supper on the balcony. I liked espresso for breakfast:)

The ocean view from our balcony was very nice, and the various nearby beaches made for great family fun.

The only good thing i can say about the Albatros was The Bistro Bar, where the food was good and the 2 guys who run it, Derek and Al were really friendly.

There were many things i did not like about the Albatros, the reception staff were very unfriendly, the rooms were filthy, to name but a few.
